My History: I came to Canada in 2016, studied, and worked hard so that one day I could make Canada my permanent home. I became a Permanent Resident of Canada through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program in 2017. As I inched closer to my goal, dreams became a reality propelling me into the orbit of success. In this process I left behind all that I wished to escape in India, but at the same time knowingly and unknowingly I left behind my biggest treasure – my parents. I moved to Canada in search of a better quality of life, and ended up being a part of the rich and diverse culture which made me feel like home away from home.
